Fun at the Franklin Park Zoo

The students had a chilly, but beautiful day for our field trip to the Franklin Park Zoo!  We took a chance and decided to bring four of our student i-Pads so that the students could take pictures and video tape the animals that they chose for their animal behavior research projects. Some groups had up to 105 pictures!!!  Students have been busy using their research to create a group project on Book Creator.  Look for these exciting projects to be available for viewing in the next couple of weeks.  In the meantime enjoy some pictures!

Come and See our Rocket Launch! Blast Off begins at 1:00 on Tuesday, October 22nd!

The Fourth Grade will be visiting the Franklin Park Zoo this Friday, October 25th!  Mrs. Milne was the lucky name that got chosen to chaperon.  A big thank you goes out to Mrs. Flett for volunteering as well!

Thank you to all of the parents who helped build our rockets!  Everyone worked hard and the afternoon was a success!  We have a couple more steps before the rockets are ready,but we hope everyone will join us for our launch, this Friday from 1-2:30!!!!!!!
